[Boatanchors] Measuring Swinging Choke values

Possibly it is out of range of the instruments ability? Figure on a 5:1
swing ratio with 5-25 and 6-30H being some typicals.Ive also seen 10:1's
Ive no trouble testing them with a hand held LCR meter and the results are
almost identical on a real bridge.
