[Boatanchors] Hallicrafters S-77 ballast resistors.

Brian,

 From an Ohm's law standpoint, assuming 120 VAC and a 300 mA heater 
string, I'd expect the resistors shunting the #47 lamps to be 22 ohms, 
and the third resistor to be 68 ohms.  Actual dissipation would be 1 
watt in each 22 and 6 watts in the 68, multiply by at least two for safety.
