[Boatanchors] Reforming Caps?

The internet is full of reformers begging for a replacement transformer or 
crying about the cost to get it rewound.

If you enjoy living dangerously be my guest. It takes less time to restuff a 
can if original appearance is important than it does to try and reform it.
