Looking for a website or individual who might have a downloadable program to 
solve "L" section coupler/matching computations from measurement of "loads" 
in vector form.  i.e. an impedance like 350-j252 ohms or 100+j78 ohms etc.

Somewhere I had at one time a program for this I got off the internet, but 
it must reside in a computer that since has "bitten the dust".

I'm playing with some antenna situations and need to find out what "L" 
network values to start off with without doing it empirically!
