Check out Alan Douglas's book on vintage tube testers and test equipment. If I recall correctly, he's got a calibration circuit for Hickok-style tube testers (TV-2 is of that class). Something like injecting a 5 milliamp 60 cycle current into the plate circuit; I don't really recall the details.
