It's a 460
Surprised some AMer hasn't grabbed it, makes pretty good Modulation
Monitor, and they were sold both in -wired- and -kit- forn. Put one
together and had a factory wired one to compare it to way back then.
Used them in lab I worked in, mid, late '60s. If remember CRT is 5PB1.

Looks like maybe an EICO 460. These were sold in kit form like Heathkits.
