[Boatanchors] Help needed on yet another WWV receiver

Hi Ron,

I had one of these in the dim past, and if memory serves, it's single 
conversion with a 455 KHz IF.  Take a look at the crystal you do have.  
If it's marked something like 5.455 (or 4.545), 10.455 (9.545), 15.455 
(14.545), etc., you'll know what to do.
