The problem with the EICO 460 is it does not have a calibrated vertical or
sweep. It was also not triggered sweep. It was pretty much the same as
earlier EICO and Heath scope except it had DC coupling and 4.5MHz bandwidth.
I had one from 1960 until 1970. In 1970 I upgraded to a Heath IO-14 which is
a Tek 560 knockoff.
