250 volts means that it was made to operate in a circuit up to 259 volts.
6/10A means that anything above 6/10A or 0.6 amps will blow the fuse.
Example at 0.5a the fuse will not blow, at1 amp the fuse will blow but it 
might take minutes,and at 10 amps the fuse will blow quickly.
Try the 125volt fuse. The voltage rating has nothing to do with how fast the 
fuse will blow.
Get a $50.00 microwave. They work great.
