Gent,
It sounds like a 3AG fuse, rated at 250 V and 6/10 A = 600mA.
They certainly used to be easily available. Try Mousre, Digi-Key or AES.
They are likely NOT called 3AG because of the pigtails.
BTW, it is possible to solder pigtails onto an ordinary cartridge fuse,
but you have to be quick about it or the guts will melt.
Also, fuses sometimes fail when run close to rated value and the circuit
is oftren switched, because of metal fatigue.
