[Boatanchors] Suppressor grid modulation

The 803 and 837 make excellent suppressor modulated tubes. Both are far 
underated in their cabilities.

Other pentodes are the Penta Labs versions of the  4-125A/PL-177/6549; 
4-400A/PL-175 and the PL-172/8295/8295A. Eimac had a 5-500A, 5CX1500A & B, 
and 5CX3000A.

Now get modulating!
