[Boatanchors] Main Tuning Knob for Lafayette HR-10/KT-200

I believe that he means the Lafayette HE-10 receiver which was sold in kit form as the KT-200.

The HR-10/HR-10B were Heath receivers.  The only difference between them was the paint job on the cabinet.  The HR-10 had a smooth finish and the HR-10B had a wrinkle finish.  The HR-10 series only had a main tuning knob (there is no bandspread on them).
