[Boatanchors] Hand held and Not Hand Held frequency counters?

The EIPs are far more than simple counters. Even a 350 goes to 12 GHz. The
578 can go much higher and offers GPIB and a "source lock" function
capable of stabilizing many sweepers like the HP 8620s.
