[Boatanchors] Plate Cap Needed

Greetings,
I always check here first. Anyone got a vented plate cap (connector) 
suitable for a 4-400?. I also need about 6 inches of the flat silvered plate 
wire the cap connects to (not sure exactly what that is called).
