[Boatanchors] HRO-60 repairs

The weakest pins I have run into are on loctal sockets and I have had to replace broken pins and pins that simply would not clean up enough to make reliable contact. Socket contacts are usually easy to replace but damaging a switch or IF transformer can be a big problem.
I had to replace several pins on my RME-45 and 99 and also on a Pierson KP-81 but I rarely have run into an issue with octal or miniatures.

We were taught in the Navy and at National how to remove components without
damage and I still do it that way most of the time. Exceptions are some el
cheapo AA-5 where Im on the clock.
In the '60 you can always get extra pins from the ballast socket as was
pointed out to me in the "old days" by Vic Penny when he heard my "Oh s**t.
