[Boatanchors] HRO-60 repairs

I'll 2nd/3rd whatever about the R's changing, when I had my 60 I gave
up one vacation and used the time to change ALL the R's and just about
every C as well. I can't say it was worth changing all of them but
the time when doing all at the same time was not more then another day.
