[Boatanchors] Removing switch with knurled nut

Usually the switch will have a regular hex nut behind the panel, used to
adjust the switch for the panel thickness. IF it's accessable and if you have
an open end wrench that's thin enough, you can loosen that nut and then
remove the knurled nut with your fingers.
