[Boatanchors] FT-726r parts

I have an FT-726r and the meter lights are out. 

After taking the rig apart I found a small circuit board with a small 12V
bi-pin lamp with a bluish rubber diffuser over it and it is soldered to the
board, then two wires are soldered to the board at the same points.

I can't find the bulb in the service manual so don't know what bulb to get
to replace it. 

Does anyone have a replacement for it or know where I can get one?
