[Boatanchors] R390 A Problem

Hi All,
 
Those of you familiar with the R390A, can you please help me? Suddenly the  
receiver will not receive any stations on any band. But the front panel 
control  seem to function. In other words the filter switch does seems to have 
its affect  on the receiver noise, as does the AF and RF gain controls. All 
the filaments I  can see are lite.
 
Before I begin my investigation, I am hoping that someone has seen this  
problem can point me in  a direction.
