I dunno Tom, I don't see where the USG is forcing
this California company to move their machining
operation to Mexico. No skilled workers anymore in
California? No semiskilled workers in California?
No casual labor in California?
I see only two possibilities, either they are looking
for increased profits or underbid with Boeing so they
had to move their operation to a less costly location
in order to make the profits they desire.
Conversely, what should the USG do to keep this
company's operations north of the border?
