Consider changing the T12 to T8 high efficiency tubes
The fixture is the same but you will need to replace the ballast.
The T8 last MUCH longer, use less energy, have a brighter shadow free light, 
AND, no interferance I can detect in my shop.Plus, energy company will pay 
you to make the change! Here anyway.
