[Boatanchors] Linc Cundall Pre '50's CW Party

Well it is almost that time again - time to dust off the J38, 6L6 and the 
Regen and participate in the old time CW contest, the Linc Cundall. All are 
welcome and all can score and win in this contest. You do not have to be an 
AWA member, you only have to participate with old style equipment and send 
me your log and a a nice picture of your setup! Basically you score by using 
gear or homebrew gear designed before 1950 and working other old time 
stations. A lot of guys run some of the classics of the 1930's like the 
HRO's and Millens and some run slatboard transmitters and Jones Push-Pulls 
with SW-3's and we get a lot of WW2 surplus stations.

1st!

Dates: Wed. Jan. 12 @ 2300 GMT to Thu. Jan. 13 @ 2300 GMT

And Sat. Jan. 15 @ 2300 GMT to Sun. Jan 16 @ 2300 GMT

Bands: 160, 80 and 40 Meters

Special Conditions: Contest designed to favor those using low power and 
equipment constructed earlier than 1950 (or recently built to the typical 
designs of that era). But, all are welcome. High scorers should send in full 
details on equipment and station photos. Plaques to be awarded.
