Jeff, David, and Richard,

Seems we folks here in Virginia went through this just this past February.

We had set a "New Record".

Today WE too have the winds.  Having the radio on won't do me much good 
for the moment.  I still haven't unfrozed the feed-line that the 
"tree-rats" got to!

Frustrating!  BUT - I'm warm and comfortable.  I "can" listen.  Just 
can't transmit.
