To All that replied to me Thank you very much...My buddy appreciated all the
advice from the group....Below is the end of the story...

I talked to the manufactures representative today and it turns out that
there is not the slightest bit of concern about HF RF as long as the
pacemaker wearer does not come into contact with the antenna. 20 feet is a
very safe situation. I told him that were talking about a 2000+ watt
transmitter with a gain antenna and had still had no concern. Has several
Hams on his device.
Just to be safe I am going to keep AM carrier in the 100 watt range and SSB
down to 100 watts PEP.
Looks like he will stay on the air... A lot of your replies were very very
good and informative. I had no idea how many Dr's and EMT's are on the
groups.
