Local ham friend, does not have a 'pacemaker' but an implanted regulator.
He has all his ham gear remoted at recommendation of doctor and device mfg.
It would all depend on the make of unit. He was told VHF was not as big a
problem as HF assuming his antennas were all outside and 20-30ft away.
