Your not the only one who's noticed.  Read this:

When I signed up it said something to the effect "So that you can find more of your friends, give me you yahoo ID, Hotmail, Earthlink ID, etc and passwords and we'll upload your contacts"

Google Gmail/YouTube does the same thing.  If you have ever emailed someone via Gmail and you sign into YouTube and that person has a YouTube account, you'll get the same type of "Friend Suggestions" (FYI YouTube is owned by Google)


All I can say, it is you gotta be careful out there.

If you set up your accounts carefully and lock them down tighter than the proverbial frozen set screw in a tuning knob, you should get minimal problems :)
