[Boatanchors] B&W Junior 5 Pin Coils (JCL, JEL or even MEL or MCL

I just obtained a LETTINE 240 transmitter without the 5 osc coils or the 5
tank coils. They are the plug in 5 pin coils which lie on their side with
either a center or end link made from mini-ductor stock and then mounted on
an egg shaped ceramic 5 pin plug which fits into a 5 pin tube socket.

One ham was good enough to offer me a few coils but I need 10 to 12 of them
total. If necessary, I'll install new coils on the coil basis for proper
inductance. Since I need more then just the few already offered, I need to
find more of them. I'd really appreciate anyone digging into their junk box
and trying to find some more coils for this restoration.

Also, the manual for the Lettine 240 on BAMA does not tell you the number of
turns nor the inductance of any of the required coils. I know this is a
long shot, but if anyone has a Lettine 240 I sure would like to hear from
you and find out the coil diameters and turns needed for each band. Even a
picture or pictures would help and I could maybe count the turns off of the
picture. It would save me a lot of time rather then working out the
inductance from scratch.

The plate tuning cap is only 50 pf! Output is link coupled. I am sure the
Q is terrible and a low pass tuner is in order to keep harmonics down with
this transmitter. I can't imagine tuning 160 meters with a 50 pf variable.

Again, I would very much be interested and appreciative hearing from anyone
with some B&W miniductor Junior coils who would be willing to part with
them.
