[Boatanchors] Hamfest Stories

I've been to a lot of hamfests.

If I see something I want, I figure out what it's worth to me, then ask
the price:

If the asking price is equal or below my number, I just pay it.
If it's way over my number, I say thanks and walk away.
If it's it somewhat over my number, I make an offer.
