This is SO true....especially the hygiene.
In fact....I have stopped going to these fests because every time I go I get
sick a few days later.

My kids had NO interest in becoming hams after many
years of attending hamfests with me and wife (KA5BJS)
and determining that probably well over half of the
participants had no clue (or interest) in the basics
of personal hygiene.
