[Boatanchors] Heathkit HW101 Rx problem

It seems that there was a fix for this a long time ago, involving using an
extra relay contact to ground something.  If you don't find it or cure it,
I'll see if I can locate it.

Jim,
You will receive several good ideas but what worked for me after the 
hams at Heath could not resolve it for me was to put a diode in the 
screen supply of the finals. It is called secondary emission.

I am repairing a Heathkit HW-101, it is transmitting and receiving OK 
after
electrolytics replacement and rig alignment. Now I have delay for the
receiver to recover after transmitting. The manual says to check D101, 
it is
OK. I wonder if anybody has experienced this problem before?
