[Boatanchors] vacuum tube radio kits

I enjoy building QRP kits and have a shelf full of everything from a 
Rockmite to a K-2.  Most recent addition was an ATS-3B.  Also enjoy working 
on and using vacuum tube equipment, have some Drake gear and one Heathkit 
DX-40.

However, a kit vacuum tube rig doesn't float my boat.  Neither does 
homebrewing a vacuum tube rig.  As a kid in the late 50s and early 60s, when 
parts were available everywhere from castoff TVs etc, I enjoyed homebrewing 
simple transmitters.   Now, would rather expend the effort trying to restore 
an old one from days of my youth.  Am hoping to soon own an Eico 723 like my 
first transmitter, and will enjoy gently bringing it back to life.
