Hi,

My two cents adds to the idea of a very limited market. I see that most
newer hams are complete ricebox appliance operators. Most of the
exceptions seem to prefer solid state. That doesn't mean none of the new
hams would ever consider a tube based kit project, but I have doubts
about the market size. I think you could easily lose the farm.

Somebody mentioned the DIY mindset of most people interested in tube
technology and I'll add my own name to that group. I have even been
resisting even buying old boatanchors already made because I'm already
working on building gear that will duplicate it..and hopefully do a
better job.

If you decide to go for it let me wish you the very best. It would be
great to be wrong - again.
