Go to www.audiokarma.org/forums/index.php .  Page down to "New home for 
all TV and Radio Forums here".  It's about halfway down the page.

There is an "Antique Radio" forum and a "Vintage TV & Radio Tech Forum".

Frankly, if expertise comparable to the QTH forums is there, I haven't 
seen it, but it's one I've come across.

Also, www.antiqueradios.com . The first group is "Forums". There are 
several which may be closer to what you're looking for.

There are probably better places than these and some time with Google 
would be productive.
