Fellow Anchorites
I'm in the process of downsizing since retiring from restoration work.

I have a high tech HP / Synmetricom 23801A or HP 58523 GPS based
frequency standard used for calibrating instruments like the IFR service
monitors or any precision time base. It also tells the time more
accuratly than what we receive from WWV because it is fed from several
GPS satalites. & unit does this automatically. The longer it runs over
couple of days the more accurate it gets. I mean this thing is hi tech!
And I have the special antenna + the specific coax (abt 40' of it) to
make instrument complete. I also have the software disc & cable for ur
computer so that you can watch the action if you want.

I have never hooked this up since I purchased it few yrs ago. Mint
condition w/ some dust is all. I paid $400. for it @ the time. I will
sell for $350. I might consider doing some trading. You pay shipping.
Its already in the orig box I got it in so no extra packing charges.
Size of unit itself is about 14" w x 18" d x 4" h.
Any interest?
73 es Dee
