[Boatanchors] KWM 1 manual

Hi:

My KWM 1 is finally starting to work.  Lots of signals on the 20m band.  Pulled out the manual to start the receiver alignement and.....oops! it isn't there.
Page 17 is missing from my 3rd party reproduction manual.
This manual is not listed anywhere on the WWW so can anyone scan page 17 of the KWM 1 manual and email it to me?
All I need is page 17 nothing more.
