Dave and ALL...Crowd was really great... This was probably the best Belton
Fest in years Thank you to the rain... It poured cats and dogs and drove
everyone inside... I think from what I saw no room left inside. The parking
lot was almost full...It was a sea of antenna's...People were buying. We had
4 tables and came away with a smile. Being a mic collector I found deals on
mics that I have never seen before. I got two Shure 55's one in pristine
condition working with stand and cable and the RED SHURE bag for $80 another
Shure 55 pristine outside bad element for $20... Along with about 5 more
mics. The aisles were so crowded I had trouble getting my wheel chair
around. The TARA pulled off a great Hamfest...Ready for October. One major
problem NO WB0W... They had a close in fest and did not come. Sure do miss
them and great deals...
Ohh by the way Dave came away with a complete AN/GRC 106 with 50 amp P/S...
Don't cry...Cheap at $500...
Very Best 73's
