RadioShack SKU is 32-1031, BUT it has been discontinued.  You might find
some old stock in Corp store at a discounted price. Reg price is $6.99.

Less expensive alternative if you don't need a LOT of power is MCM, their
SKU 555-7117 it is rated at 2 watts,  is only $3.29, nice add on if ordering
other stuff.

You can get a 70.7 line-to-voice-coil transformer, perhaps at
Radio Shack, and certainly they are common items in the P.A. system
business.  You connect the voice coil to whichever tape you think
is appropriate, and connect the line to the 10 watt tap.
