I'd like to thank everyone that helped with my "100 watt VFO" question.

I have everything I need for the rig except the modulation driver transformer.

I'd like to use an old Bogan tube-type amplifier for the speech amp.  It has outputs from 4 ohms to 600 ohms.  So, if I use that amp to drive a hi-fi output transformer "backwards", what would the output (normally input) impedence need to be to drive the grids of a pair of 100TH modulator tubes?  Also, what would the wattage need to be?
