[Boatanchors] Weight Restrictions for Rack Mounting?

Not intuitive. It makes the rack more stable.

If the Center of Gravity falls outside the rack base, the rack will tip
over. So, by mounting the heavy stuff at the bottom, you have to tip it
further to make the CG move outside the base.  Simple Statics.
