Sparingly means less than a drop at a time. Wet a wood toothpick and remove 
the hanging drop. Rub it over the area to be repaired and redo until 
complete. Then immediately apply pressure.

Other applicators can be used such as an awl, thin wire, solder, etc but I 
prefer the absorbent non drip ability of the toothpick. Whatever works for 
you and that includes a steady hand and good eyesight.

Clean & polish the complete face with Meguiars cleaner followed by their 
polish.
