[Boatanchors] need multimeter advice

I find it necessary to change the 9V alkaline
battery in my Fluke 77 DMMs maybe once every
two years or so.
Love my 77 enough to have bought a second one!
We probably have three dozen or more Flukes here
in the FAA depot radio shop where I work!
