mail...That is the first mag I get every
month..2nd is QST...

The October issue was mailed 10/8. The first class
rate takes about 3 or
4 days from day of shipment. The periodical rate
(the cheaper rate) can
take up to 3 weeks from the time of shipment. And
note, 10/12, was a USPS
holiday closure.
