[Boatanchors] !/4" Phone Jack - 2 Circuit Needed

Anyone have any of the old 2 circuit phone jacks ?
Like the Switchcraft type that contact Tip, Ring & Sleeve.

I picked up a couple of BY manufacture ones and what pieces
of "you-know-what".

I need one, but could use two. I am adding a PTT circuit to
my Viking II.
