[Boatanchors] trying to identify a signal on 13.450 Mhz varying to13.400 Mhz

Might be one of the auroral radar network transmitters- superDARN, but 
I dont think there are any radar sites near (and beaming at)  the UK. 
If its coming from the west/norwest it could be one of the sites in 
canada.
