[Boatanchors] trying to identify a signal on 13.450 Mhz varyingto13.400 Mhz

SORRY...either I hit a typo, or perhaps their modulation shifted, but 
listening now (9 Oct., 2009 0003Z) the "rich" moudlation is in and around 
13.440, +/- 100 khz. Signal still strongest to S/W.
