[Boatanchors] Choke Info Needed

A swinging choke is normally used between the diode and the first filter cap
and the smoothing choke.
As the current increases, the inductance increases. The inductance only
affects the ripple. As the ripple
decreases, the effective voltage increases. Therefore with a resistive
load, the current will increase.
