Hmmm ... Waianae Comprehensive Health Center is close.  They've got
budget issues (The state did a number on a lot of facilities.) so may
be cutting corners a few places that maybe it wouldn't be advisable to
do so, and that may mean batteries.  I know that both Tripler and the
VA are out - government trash is still government property for some
reason.
