[Boatanchors] 8640 Gears and W5WP's email

Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving.

I have not heard from anyone or received a sample gear since the 
original correspondence between us.

The offer still stands subject to acquiring the loan of a sample (in 
whole or pieces) gear.
