Hi:
I have a good National S meter for sale.  I don't know which model it came out of but will discribe for you:

Round body 2" diameter x approximately 1 1/2" deep
well for pilot lamp illumination at rear
1 - 9 S units marked in black.  0 - 40 above 9 marked in red
Meter face has the National NC diamond marking
Meter face is  brownish like the Johnson Ranger meter
zero peg adjustment
Test OK with an ohmmeter - good condition
