Hello-
I read in a couple of posts over the years that the "updated" SX-122A was superior to the SX-122. I have the earlier SX-122 but have never owned the SX-122A. I have compared the SX-122A manual to my SX-122 one and cannot find any real differences other than these:
        1. The primary of power transformer is switchable from 115 VAC / 230 VAC and has a bypass capacitor to ground on one leg.
        2. The crystal calibrator socket and nomenclature has been changed.
Does anyone know of any actual performance improvements / upgrades done in the SX-122A over the earlier SX-122?
                                                    Thanks, Byron WA5THJ
